Supporting Social Enterprises with Sustainable Furniture Redistribution

Supporting Social Enterprises with Sustainable Furniture Redistribution

At Assets4Change, we are proud to launch SEReuse, a dedicated initiative designed to help social enterprises access quality reused furniture and IT equipment while reducing costs and environmental impact.

As a sister initiative to the successful GovReuse programme, SEReuse follows the same proven approach, ensuring surplus furniture is redistributed efficiently within social enterprises and to other organisations that need it most.

Through our sister company, Johnsons Asset 360, we work with clients to redistribute redundant furniture and IT equipment to social enterprises, charities and community organisations, preventing unnecessary waste while supporting sustainability initiatives and social impact.

Assets Are Listed

Surplus furniture and IT equipment are tagged and listed on the SEReuse portal.

Search for assets

Registered social enterprises can browse available items and request what they need.

Authorisation

Requests are sent to the relevant client or department for approval.

Arrange delivery

Once approved, assets can either be collected or delivered with a quoted cost if required.

Offered to other organisations and charities

Any remaining assets are then offered to other public sector organisations and charities.

Savings report

Full CO₂ and cost-saving reports are generated, providing visibility on sustainability and financial impact.
